Permanent Cosmetics Terms & Conditions

Reservations

Please book in advance to secure an appointment time for a treatment.

Patch Test

A patch test is required at least 24 hours prior to the treatment. You must notify us if you have had previous treatments elsewhere.

Deposit

A deposit of 30% of the treatment price is due after the patch test to secure an appointment. The balance must be paid at the time of the treatment. Appointments can only be rearranged by giving at least 48hrs notice prior to the scheduled appointment.

Touch up Appointment

The follow-up treatment should be booked between 30 and 90 days after the initial treatment.

Refresher Appointment

Any appointment made 3 months after the initial treatment is payable as a top up. If you need a third session you will be charged as a top up, as per our price list. Customers will be charged one Top Up appointment per treatment.

Corrections

Prices on applications done following a treatment by another technician will be given at consultation after assessment of existing shape and colour.   There is no guarantee that correctional work will only require one treatment.

Maintenance

Permanent makeup fades over time. You should expect to come back for a maintenance refresher visit approximately every 12 – 18 months for eyebrows. Some factors will cause fading of your permanent make-up more quickly. These factors include:

Sunbathing or Sunbeds

Using Retin A cosmetics or containing AHA’s, Glycolic or Vitamin A

Excessively oily skin

Microdermabrasion, chemical peels or any exfoliating treatments

Health and Safety

Your  health  is important  to  us  and  you  are  required  to  fill  out  a medical questionnaire at your first visit. Please inform us if there are changes in your health conditions. We keep all your data safe and strictly confidential. Accepting these terms and conditions gives us permission to hold your information in compliance with GDPR.

When booking, please notify us if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or any serious health concerns that could affect treatment, so we can advise on the best and safest experience for you. Pregnancy, breastfeeding and serious illness are contraindications from all permanent makeup treatments. We will refuse requests for permanent makeup which we consider to be inappropriate or violate health and safety codes.

It is your responsibility to ensure you are a suitable candidate for permanent makeup before booking and securing an appointment for a treatment. We may withhold any deposits paid in the event we are unable to perform a treatment as a result of client negligence.

Cancellation

Where the client gives less than 48 hours notice to cancel an appointment deposits will be forfeited.

Appointment

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in the need to reduce treatment time or cancel the treatment, with the subsequent lost deposit.

Photo Documentation

Pictures and sometimes videos are taken before and after the procedure for reference purposes and our records. They may be used for advertising and marketing purposes, on social media and on webpages, and may also be used for future teaching materials and other lawful purposes.

Payments

We do not have a card machine at present. Payments can be made via BACS transfer, Paypal or cash. The prices listed for permanent makeup procedures inclusive and are subject to change at any time unless you have had the appointment booked ahead of time.

Refund Policy

Treatments and products are non-refundable and may not be exchanged.
